A man is dead as a result of an April 12 work-related accident at ISOFlex Packaging in Nashville, according to police. A worker suffered a fatal injury while trying to close a baler door, police said.

ReplyDeleteMy brother was Timothy Evans he worked at isoflex packing at 1 105 Visco Drive Nashville Tennessee. He was killed by accident while operating a baler. That was not his first time having an accident with that machine. The company has not acknowledged any fault or anything concerning my brother's death. The company was fined by TOSHA . This company is a very dangerous place their turnover rate of employees is very high my brother worked at several years he was a good employee the job did my brother was doing was not his job that he was hired for if anyone has any information contact GREERJIN@AOL.COM
